The 2017 Sidmouth Science Festival runs from Tueday 3rd October until Sunday 15 October 2017 in Sidmouth town and at the Norman Lockyer Observatory as well as in schools in the local area. There are events to suit all abilities and all ages. To see a map of the venues click on the 'Visit' tab.
Saturday 14 October will be our Super Science Saturday in various venues in Sidmouth. We will have hands-on activities for the whole family as well as interesting and stimulating talks on science topics. No science background needed.
Sunday 15 October will be our Sunday Funday at the Norman Lockyer Observatory. Our theme will be 'The Need for Speed' and there will be talks, exhibitions, hands-on fun, jet car race, story-telling, experiments and more. Indoor and outdoor fun day for the whole family.
