Dame Julia will provide a brief summary of our latest understading of the potential severity of future climate change and where the science can have a bearing on our mitigation actions.
Doug Eltham will describe the key aspects of the Devon Carbon Plan aimed at achieving carbon neutrality in the county. The interim plan was published for consultation in 2021.
Local adopters of low carbon technology will cover their experiences in several areas:
