About us

Hopefully the 2021 Sidmouth Science Festival will take place in person. However we are also planning for online talks and competitions which you can do from home. Learn about fossils, dinosaurs, stars, energy, light, weather, boats, rockets and much more. Race a rubber band car.  Visit the gallery of schools’ art. Celebrate Ada Lovelace Day with a female speaker.

We aim to excite curiosity in people to explore Science in their lives. There will be family friendly events which are educational as well as fun. Something for all abilities and all ages. Something for everyone. And all free.
