Take part in a fun WHAT3WORDS orienteering game.
The game is open to children under 16 years old. The object of the game is to navigate from location to location using the ‘What3words’ app (W3W), on a smartphone, and answer a question at each location. There are 7 locations and therefore 7 questions.
A prize of a book token will be given for the most correct answers in two categories: under 10 years old and from 11 years to 16 years old (both inclusive).
The game can be undertaken at any time during the Science Festival week (9-16 October).
Instructions:
- Download the free W3W app onto your smartphone from your App store.
- Make sure Google Maps is also downloaded.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Pick up a Quiz sheet from Kennaway House from 11am on Saturday 9 October. The Quiz sheet is also here for you to download and print.
- Complete the clues and have fun!
- Drop off your completed sheet at Kennaway House on Super Science Saturday (9 Oct) or at the Sidmouth Museum on Church St on other days.
